Shipping and Handling Questions:
You should receive your item within 7 to 10 business days. You will be able to track your package.
If you are ordering a custom item please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery as with custom orders I do have to go out and get items for your order to customize it.
If for any reason I feel as though your order will be longer I will communicate with you.
There are no cash refunds but if you are not completely satisfied with the order we can discuss other options.
